The cabinet Secretary minister of Defence Hon. Aden duale has said he they will not gamble with the security of Kenyans.

In a statement, Duale noted that the security of Kenyans is something the Government will not gamble with.

“Anyone, the bandits in particular, who is perpetrating acts of violence on innocent civilians will be dealt with swiftly and conclusively!”

He said as he orders KDF officers to be deployed to support the National Police Service in bandit tone area.

“I have today given notice that the Kenya Defence Forces shall be deployed in support of the National Police Service in response to the security emergency in Turkana, West Pokot, Elgeyo Marakwet, Baringo, Laikipia and Samburu Counties.”
