List of Multi Million Properties Alfred Mutua and Lilian Nganga Co-own including helicopters and beach Houses

Machakos governor Alfred Mutua and his partner Lilian Ng'ang'a officially parted ways on Sunday, August 15.

Due to the end of her romantic involvement with Mutua, she consequently ceased to be Machakos First lady, but noted she would continue with her charity projects in the county. "The only constant in life is change and we must be present and aware to appreciate and embrace it. Winds of change blew my way and two months ago, I decided to end the long term relationship with Dr Alfred Mutua. We had a good run and I am forever grateful to God he brought us together. We remain friends," her statement read in part. Governor Mutua, who doubles up as the Maendeleo Chap Chap (MCC) party leader, later on confirmed their relationship ended amicably. Mutua, in his statement, said: "There is a song by Roger Whittaker that has the line: 'the first time we said hello, we started to say goodbye.' Lillian and I have been a blessing to each other. Two months ago, we decided to slowly disengage. We are on amicable terms and remain very close as friends. 
We will continue to talk, meet and share ideas constantly ."

List of businesses owned by Mutua and Ng'ang'a 
1. A & L Hotel The classy and flashy A & L Hotel located in the outskirts of Machakos town opened its doors on Saturday, July 24, 2020. The hotel's name was derived from the couple's initials. The visibly magnificent and sparklingly white-coloured facility is equipped with modern facilities and offers a sight to behold for whoever cares to look at its towering elegance. A & L Hotel L has several amenities, including a restaurant, a bar and a garden. Boasting family rooms, the property also provides guests with a terrace. On her Linkedin profile, Lilian identifies herself as the operations director of the posh hotel. 
2. Palatial mansion Mutua and Lilian own a palatial home on the coast where they often retreated when not on official duties. The cost of the house, however, is not in the public domain. 
3. Golden Dreams Company Mutua previously confirmed he owns Golden Dreams Company, which was behind the production of Cobra Squad, Beba Beba and other local shows. Before he was elected governor in 2013, Mutua, a former government spokesman, revealed he had made millions in the film industry. Mutua described Cobra Squad as one of the best Kenyan action shows. When audit queries were raised by the auditor general on how he managed county finances, Mutua claimed he established his own company aged 19. 
“I started my own company at the age of 19 years then left the country. When I came back I started ‘Cobra Squad’ where the first series earned me KSh 25 million and the next film earned me KSh 11 million." 

3. Woni TV Mutua was the proprietor of Woni TV, a vernacular Kamba Station based in Machakos but has since collapsed. Before its collapse, it was reported Lilian closely supervised its operations.

 4. Aviation, agriculture The former power couple also had interests in aviation and export-based agriculture 

5.Three helicopters
