Major panic: Here is date lifestyle audit will start among government employees

Early this month Uhuru Kenyatta said in Mombasa that all government employees will undergo lifestyle audit starting with him and deputy president Ruto.
This did not go well with some politicians who said that salary cannot be used to measure people's net worth.
Preparations for the exercise of lifestyle audit on all government employees is ongoing and is expected to kick off from early next month.
The first to undergo the audit will be the president then followed by his deputy.

The president said the audit, set to begin next month, would begin with him and his deputy, then cascade to the Cabinet and other Government officers officials and their family members.

Ruto has said he is ready for the audit and will account for every coin he has.
The call for lifestyle audit has caused panic among politicians who cannot account for their massive wealth.

It is expected that next Month when the exercise kicks off Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto will be among the first to undergo the audit.
